Please note that for the teams that ignored or did not come to this Mandatory Meeting, there will be a drastic change in the game scheduling. All the teams that failed to comply with PBAMichigan rules and regulations will not be scheduled to play.
(I don’t understand what’s so difficult in signing a waiver or a Coordinator having a hard time to have all his players sign one when in fact a player can sign 10-15 waivers in one minute.) I expect teams to submit all these waivers before the next game. Again any team that fail or refuse to submit will not be allowed to play. Those who claimed that they have submitted their waivers but don’t have it in the PBA records, DO IT AGAIN, SIGN ONE AND SUBMIT IT TO MRS. CECIL BONOT.
Thank you

THIS IS PBA OF MICHIGAN
I am Emmanuel Canto, PBAM officer, describes my experience during the PBAM/NABA years. The process began 1986 and years later to this date has hosted at at least 22 cities. PBAM,is a component of NABA, will launch a basketball tournament circuit under Ron Damasco, the commissioner & president of NABA and PBAM respectively. Ron’s mission statement and purpose of the NABA organization is to raise the level of play of our team members by providing the highest level of competition against the best team in the States and Canada. They will represent our basketball association at the NABA tournament in September 3-5, 2010 held in New Jersey.
I came in as a player in 1998(12 yrs) and since then the result has been great deal of positive feedback. I have seen PBAM and NABA grown from few event to many dozens. The professional organization of the events has set us apart from the others and has been the seed of success. As a parent and coach, my daughter and son and family have participated in a number of tournaments and none has come close to being as well organized as this. There are too many things to say but here’s a few:
I have witness many great games, seen great teams,
and seen amazing talent. Players compliment their game with sportsmanship,
Volunteers help and do it for the love of the game and do bunches of it to improve the lives of the kids including their own, and importantly continually
restructuring & reorganizing the tournament at a yearly basis to improved the PBAM/NABA. In short a superbly run tournaments which my family thoroughly enjoyed being part of.
